🍵 Zubereitung & Anwendung
Einen Filterbeutel mit 200 ml sprudelnd kochendem Wasser übergießen und 5–10 Minuten ziehen lassen.
👉 Empfehlung: 3–4-mal täglich eine Tasse genießen.
Tipp: Mit Zitronensaft, Zimt, Nelken oder Vanille geschmacklich variieren.
